1. Bookings
All bookings must be made online through our booking system or directly at reception. A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment has been received.
2. Arrival and Play
Customers must arrive within their 30-minute arrival window. This is the entry time, not the game duration. Once inside, players may take as long as they need to complete the 18-hole course. Late arrivals may not be admitted if the venue is at maximum capacity.
3. Children and Supervision
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who also pays for entry. Maximum of 5 children per responsible adult. We reserve the right to refuse entry if this condition is not met.
4. Behaviour and Safety
All customers must follow staff instructions at all times. Disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the premises without a refund. Players must respect the course and equipment; intentional damage will be charged to the customer.
5. Liability
Minigolf Sevilla is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Participation in the game is at the customer's own risk.
Refund and Changes Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your booking by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
To request a change, contact us by phone at 656 320 879 / 854 527 796 or by email at info@minigolfsevilla.com. No-shows without prior notice will result in the full loss of the amount paid.
